Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety

Situational trauma, single cause PTSD, and anxiety are treated using Trauma Fade™. Sometimes coaching sessions are used after the trauma has cleared to integrate this new calm.

Trauma Fade™ does NOT require discussing the trauma. In fact, we hardly talk at all. Eye movements, somatic markers, dissociation, and bio-energy dynamics release fear and negative emotions from the amygdala part of the brain. Brain chemistry actually changes. Neuroplasticity anchors good feelings. Typically it only takes one or a few sessions. Offered virtually and in-person.

For generalized anxiety, Zero Balancing or Yoga Therapy might be a better fit. For more complex situations, Yoga Therapy might be more appropriate. This is a 12-week program specifically developed and researched for PTSD. We’ll assess that in our complimentary meeting.

Trauma Fade™ addresses what happened in the brain as a result of trauma

  • It does NOT require discussing what happened.

  • It’s fairly effortless yet resolves in about 1-3 sessions.

  • Feelings, physical sensations, visual, audio and tactile experiences are addressed.

  • Honest desire to make the change is all that’s required.

  • Offered virtually and in-person.

Trauma Fade™ cleared an experience I had been wrestling to let go of since 2018. I now have neutrality and peace surrounding it, releasing anxiety and anger. I am grateful that this powerful modality is available through her!
